Return & Exchange Policy
ZaeDons reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion. Submit claims for defective items or misprints within 30 days of receiving the product. If you provide an insufficient address to the courier, your shipment will get returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

ZaeDons does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. We do not offer returns on items for ordering the wrong size or for buyer's remorse; the item has to be proven defective for consideration as a return. Worn or used merchandise won't get accepted as returns.
