Shipping & Returns

Learn about Zaedons shipping times, delivery expectations, and return policies. Our policies are designed for clarity and fairness.

All Zaedons products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it enters production before being prepared for shipment.

How Orders Are Processed

Estimated Shipping Times

 

  • United States: approximately 3–5 business days

  • International: approximately 5–15 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If a tracking link shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, please contact us so we can assist.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly assist.

 

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • your order number

    • clear photos showing the issue

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries cannot be refunded. In these cases:

 

  • A reshipment may be available at the customer’s expense

Exchanges

Exchanges (including size changes) are not available unless an item is defective.
